Descriptive state and rental conditions
A stay in a mobile home is a holiday with peace of mind! Comfort, the pleasure of the outdoors with all the benefits of the service. The campsite Enclave rents 24 "mobile home" all year long.
- The proposed furniture can not be required if the delay between the proposal and your answer exceeds 10 days when booking.
- All rentals are nominative and can not be sold under any circumstances, except with the written agreement of the management.
- In the absence of written message from the customer stating that he had to postpone his arrival, the rental becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the rental agreement and full payment of the service remains required.
- Telephone messages can not be taken into account.
In case of cancellation of contract:
- No reduction will be accepted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
- For all changes of dates of stay, it can not be guaranteed the same furnished.
- The payment of the stay must imperatively be realized 30 days before the date of arrival mentioned on the contract.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in 63 x 180 cm for 24m² and 90 x 190 cm for 26m² and 28 m².
- 1 duvet and its cover + 1 blanket + 1 or 2 pillow (s) and its pillow case + 1 mattress per bed.
- 1 kitchen area with gas hob or electric hotplates for 24m² and 26m², water heater, fridge, electric coffee maker, microwave oven.
- crockery for 6 persons: 6 glasses, 6 cups and saucers, 6 bowls,
6 plates: flat, hollow, for dessert, 6 tablespoons and coffee spoons,
6 forks, 6 knives, 4 pans, 1 frying pan, 1 salad bowl ,
1 pot, 1 strainer, 2 serving dishes, 1 kitchen knife, 1 cutting board, 1 wooden spoon, 1 ladle, 1 skimmer,
1 vegetable peeler.
the 16m² model is equipped for 4 people maximum. - bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (not separated in 24m ² and 16m ²)
- 1 terrace with garden furniture and a mechanical blind.
- TV connection and antenna.
- maintenance: 1 broom, 1 mop, 1 mop, 1 seal, 1 shovel,
1 trash.
