Le client s’engage à respecter le règlement intérieur, en particulier :

Modalités d'arrivée et de départ
• Pour les emplacements de camping : les arrivées se font à partir de 13h et le départ avant 11h.
• Pour les locations de mobil-home : les arrivées se font à partir de 15h et le départ avant 10h.
• Les clients sont invités à prévenir le bureau d'accueil de leur départ dès la veille de celui-ci. Les clients ayant l'intention de partir avant l'heure d'ouverture du bureau d'accueil doivent effectuer la veille le paiement de leur séjour.

Maintenance and appearance of the facilities
• Everyone is obliged to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, including health. 
• It is forbidden to dispose of wastewater on the ground or in the gutters. 
• Customers must empty the wastewater at the facilities provided for this purpose. 
• For reasons of hygiene, put garbage, garbage of all kinds, papers, in garbage bags and place them in the places provided for this purpose.
• The glass packaging must be deposited separately in containers provided for this purpose before 22h.
• Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose, let alone in the river. 
• The drying of the linen will be done, if necessary, with the common dryer. However, it is tolerated up to 10 hours near the accommodation, provided that it is discreet and does not bother the neighbors. It should never be done from trees. 
• Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to plant nails in trees, to cut branches, to plant. 
• It is not permissible to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. 
• Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds or campground facilities will be the responsibility of the person responsible. 
• The location that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when it entered the premises.
• Caravan lighting, use of a fridge, small kitchen utensils, a razor, a television, and a radio and computers are allowed. Other devices are not allowed as they may cause a blackout.

Dead garage
• No unoccupied equipment may be left on the ground until after the management agrees and only at the location indicated. This benefit is paid.


• Fire. 
Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in hazardous conditions. 
In case of fire, notify the management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. 
A first aid kit is at the reception desk. 

• Flight. 
Management is responsible for objects deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper keeps the responsibility for his own installation and must inform the person in charge of the presence of any suspect person. Customers are advised to take the usual precautions for backing up their equipment.

BARBECUE
• For reasons of safety but also of respect of neighborhood, the barbecues on the sites of camp-sites as well as the hirings of the mobil-homes (inside or outside) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Only 4 stone barbecues built by Camping l'Enclave are at your disposal.

GAMES
• No violent or awkward play can be organized near the facilities. 
The meeting room can not be used for hectic games. 

CHILDREN AND PLAYGROUND
• Accompany children to playgrounds and washrooms.
• Children should always be under the supervision of their parents.
• For security reasons, the use of games is prohibited after 22h.
• Parents are held responsible for any nuisance or damage done by their children.

SWIMMING POOL
• WOMEN'S SWIMSUITS
For women, it is possible to wear a swimsuit 1 piece, 2 pieces, a bikini or a trikini at the pool. For the bottom, the choice will be between the swimming trunks, the bathing shorty, the swim skirt or the tanga.
Strings and micro-bikinis are forbidden for reasons of modesty.
Burkinis are banned in all public swimming pools and French campsites as considered a religious symbol.
• MEN'S SWIMWEAR
For reasons of hygiene, long shorts and bathing trunks are PROHIBITED . Only shorty or swim boxer, underpants or swimming trunks are allowed at the pool.

PETS
• Keep dogs on a leash permanently in the camp. The animals must be up to date with their vaccinations.
Formal prohibition of bathing them in washrooms or wash basins. Dogs and other animals should never be left free. They must not be left at the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their masters, who are civilly responsible. 

TRAFFIC: MOTORCYCLE MOTORCYCLE
• Drive safely around the camp during the day. Prohibition to circulate in the camps from 10pm to 8am: leave the vehicles in front of the campsite in case of late arrival or departure before 8am.
Only vehicles owned by campers staying in the campground may be driven in the campground. Parking is strictly prohibited on locations usually occupied by accommodation unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not obstruct traffic or prevent the arrival of newcomers.

NOISE AND SILENCE
• Respect the rest of people who want it by returning to the quiet places after the end of the evening entertainment program.
Guests are advised to avoid any noises and discussions that may be disturbing their neighbors. 
The sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Closures of doors and chests should be as discreet as possible.

VISITORS
• After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campground under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. 
The customer can receive one or more visitors at the reception. The services and facilities of the campgrounds are accessible to visitors. 
Visitors' cars are forbidden in the campground.

ATTENTION Violations of the internal regulations
• In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of the other users or does not respect the provisions of the present rules of procedure, the manager or his representative will be able to put orally or in writing, if it considers it necessary, to put in residence the latter to stop the troubles. 

• In the event of a serious or repeated infraction of the rules of procedure and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract. 
In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may appeal to the police.

• Any electrical connection, dog or additional person not declared and discovered during a control will be charged from the day of arrival.
